I've always felt a bit odd, posting cards whose images are also hosted on this site.  It seems to me that when the cards are set next to the picture, the picture will always be grander.  So I've come up with a solution.  I'm not going to post any more cards.  Not here, anyway.

In January, I started a blog primarily for the purpose of displaying cards I've created (with art, at the rate of one per day).  When compared with their pictures as artwork, my cards can never be more than sad imitations (or artless disappointments).  I hope hosting the cards on this blog separates them from their art enough that they can be judged separately.  Of course, I always include a link to the original art, so I might be defeating my own purpose.  No matter.
